082 ORDINANCE NS-2340 <br /> <br /> (b) Office space exceeding 30 percent of the gross floor area <br />of the warehouse or wholesale use must meet the off-street parking <br />requirements for office use <br /> <br /> (c) For purposes of this section, ''distribution'' means a <br />facility which dispenses, divides, and/or deals goods or materials <br />on a regular basis, other than sales at retail. <br /> <br /> SECTION 30: That the Santa Aha Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by adding a section, to be numbered 41-1396, which said <br />section reads as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1396. Dispatching mx~ Limousine Services. <br /> <br /> The minimum off-street parking requirement for dispatching or <br />limousine services are as follows: three spaces for each 1000 <br />square feet of gross square floor area of office, five (5) spaces <br />per 1000 square feet of service area, and one space per 1000 <br />square feet of indoor storage area. In addition, a separate space <br />is to be provided for each vehicle stored outside of a building. <br /> <br /> SECTION 31: That Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 41-1400 is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1400. Elementary schools an~ junior high schools. <br /> <br /> The minimum off-street parking requirements for elementary <br />schools and junior high schools are as follows: one and a half <br />(1.5) space for each classroom , plus one (1) space for each <br />three hundred thirty-three (333) square feet of office floor area. <br /> <br /> SECTION 32: That Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 41-1403 is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1403. Museums, art gallerles, amusement attractions <br />libraries. <br /> <br /> (a) The minimum off-street parking requirements for museums, <br />art galleries, amusement attractions and libraries are as follows: <br />one (1) space for each two hundred (200) square feet of floor area <br />open to the public including assembly or conference facilities, <br />and food facilities for the exclusive use of on-site patrons. <br />Administrative office space is to be parked at one (1) space per <br />333 square feet of floor area. Restaurants open to the public are <br />to be parked as provided for in this Article. <br /> <br /> (b) Museums and libraries shall also provide one (1) bus <br />parking stall for the first 10,000 square feet of public area and <br />one space for each five thousand ( 5,000) square feet of floor <br />area open to the public thereafter. <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br /> <br />
