NS-2345 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 2200 NORTH GRAND AVENUE FROM THE <br />SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE DISTRICT (Ri) <br />TO THE ARTERIAL COMMERCIAL ZONE DISTRICT (C5) <br />(AA NO. 97-07) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 97-07 has been filed to <br />make certain changes in the zoning district designations of <br />certain property located at 2200 North Grand Avenue as hereinafter <br />set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designation proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AiqA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located at 2200 North Grand <br />Avenue and designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the <br />Ri (Single Family Residential) district to the C5 (Arterial <br />Commercial) district. <br /> <br /> 2.
