NS-2357 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />LOCATED NORTH OF SANTA ANA BOULEVARD, SOUTH <br />OF CIVIC CENTER DRIVE, EAST OF BRISTOL STREET <br />AND WEST OF SHELTON STREET FROM THE <br />PROFESSIONAL (P), ARTERIAL COMMERCIAL (C5) <br />AND LIMITED MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R2) <br />ZONE DISTRICTS TO THE SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL ZONE DISTRICT (Ri) (AA NO. 98-05) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 98-05 has been filed to <br />make certain changes in the zoning district designations of <br />certain property located north of Santa Aha Boulevard, south of <br />Civic Center Drive, east of Bristol Street and west of Shelton <br />Street, as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designation proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located north of Santa Aha <br />Boulevard, south of Civic Center Drive, east of Bristol Street and <br />west of Shelton Street and designated in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby <br />reclassified from the P (Professional), C5 (Arterial Commercial) <br />and R2 (Limited Multiple Family Residential) districts to the R1 <br />(Single Family Residential) district. <br /> <br /> 2. Amended Sectional District Map number 12-5-10, showing <br />the above described change in use district designation, is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
