The SD (Specific Development) district designation and <br />Specific Development Plan No. 66, as proposed in Amendment <br />Application No. 98-12, are hereby found and determined to be <br />consistent with the General Plan of the City of Santa Ant and <br />otherwise justified by the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare. <br /> <br /> 2. That certain real property located at 1111 East McFadden <br />Avenue and designated in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the <br />Mi (Light Industrial) zone district to Specific Development No. <br />66. <br /> <br /> <br />
