NS- 2369 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 2840 SOUTH BRISTOL STREET FROM THE <br />COMMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL ZONE DISTRICT (CR) TO <br />THE COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL ZONE DISTRICT (C1) <br />(AA NO. 98-10) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 98-10 has been filed to <br />make certain changes in the zoning district designation of certain <br />property located at 2840 South Bristol Street, as hereinafter set <br />forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designation proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located at 2840 South Bristol <br />Street and designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the <br />CR (Commercial Residential) district to the C1 (Community <br />Commercial) district. <br /> <br /> 2. Amended Sectional District Map number 26-5-10, showing <br />the above described change in use district designation, is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 19th day of October , 1998. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~.ce C-.
