NS- 2377 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 120, 202, 206 AND 210 WEST 20TM <br />STREET, 115-207 WEST 19TM STREET AND 114-207 <br />WEST 18TM STREET FROM THE MULTI FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL ZONE DISTRICT (R3) TO THE <br />PROFESSIONAL OFFICE ZONE DISTRICT (P) (AA NO. <br />98-15) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 98-15 has been filed to <br />make certain changes in the zoning district designation of certain <br />property located adjacent to the Museum District, as hereinafter <br />set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designation proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located at 120, 202, 206 and <br />210 West 20th Street, 115-207 West 19th Street and 114-207 West 18tn <br />Street and designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the <br />R3 (Multi Family Residential) zone district to the P (Professional <br /> <br />Office) zone district. <br /> <br /> 2.
