NS-2380 <br /> <br />AI~ ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SPECIFIC <br />DEVELOPMENT NO. 63 TO ALLOW VARIOUS <br />CHANGES IN THE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS TO <br />ACCOMMODATE THE EXPANSION OF THE ORANGE <br />COUNTY BUSINESS CENTER LOCATED AT 1221 <br />EAST DYER ROAD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, by its Ordinance No. NS-2317, adopted <br />March 17, 1997, rezoned property in the area known as Specific <br />Development Plan No. 12 (SD-12), more specifically described in <br />said ordinance, to Specific Development Plan No. 63 for such <br />property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now <br />development standards to <br />appropriate land uses. <br /> <br />desired to allow various changes in the <br />accommodate and attract development and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN that Specific Development Plan No. 63 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN 63 <br />ORANGE COUNTY BUSINESS CENTER <br /> <br />SECTION i - APPLICABILITY OF ORDINANCE <br /> <br /> The Specific Development zoning district for the Orange <br />County Business Center property, as authorized by Chapter 41, <br />Division 26, Section 41-593 and the following, of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, is specifically subject to the standards and <br />regulations contained in the plan for the express purpose of <br />establishing land use regulations and standards. All other <br />applicable chapters, articles, and sections of the Santa Aha <br />Municipal Code shall apply unless expressly waived or superseded <br />by this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 - PURPOSE <br /> <br /> The Specific Development 63 specific development plan for <br />Orange County Business Center consisting of standards and <br />regulations is hereby established for the express purpose of <br />protecting the health, safety and general welfare of the people <br />of the City by promoting and enhancing the value of properties <br />and encouraging orderly development. <br /> <br /> <br />
