NS-235t <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 1124-1130 EAST SEVENTEENTH STREET <br />FROM THE LIMITED MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />ZONE DISTRICT (R2) TO THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL <br />ZONE DISTRICT (C2) (AA NO. 98-16) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 98-16 has been filed to <br />make certain changes in the zoning district designations of <br />certain property located at 1124-1130 East Seventeenth Street as <br />hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designation proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAIqTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located at 1124-1130 East <br />Seventeenth Street and designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from <br />the R2 (Limited Multiple Family Residential) district to the C2 <br />(General Commercial) district. <br /> <br /> 2.
