Provision 6 of the Agreement shall hereby be amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />6. Non-vested City Laws and Regulations <br /> <br /> (a) Developer and all persons and entities in <br />occupation of any portion of the Property shall comply <br />with all City laws and regulations which do not conflict <br />with the use and development of the Property pursuant to <br />provisions 3 and 4 of this Agreement as such City laws <br />and regulations may from time to time be enacted or <br />amended hereafter.
