NS- 2390 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SPECIFIC <br />DEVELOPMENT NO. 43 TO ALLOW VARIOUS <br />CHANGES IN THE SIGNAGE AND STREET <br />FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MACARTHUR <br />PLACE DEVELOPMENT (ZOA NO. 99-03) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, by its Ordinance No. NS-1941, adopted <br />January 4, 1988, rezoned property in the area known as MacArthur <br />Place, more specifically described in said ordinance, to Specific <br />Development Plan No. 43 for such property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to allow various changes in the <br />signage and street frontage requirements for the appropriate land <br />uses. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The amendments to district designation and Specific <br />Development Plan No. 43, as proposed in Zoning Ordinance Amendment <br />No. 99-03, are hereby found and determined to be consistent with <br />the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana and otherwise justified <br />by the public necessity, convenience and general welfare. <br /> <br /> 2. That amendments to Specific Development No. 43, as set <br />forth in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, are <br />hereby approved and adopted for the abovesaid property. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 21st day of June , 1999. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />/~a~ice C.
