159 <br /> <br />SD43 AMENDMENT RE LOT FRONTAGE <br /> <br />Paragraph C ("Site Coverage") under the heading "Professional and Business <br />Offices/Commercial/Retail/Hotel" of Section V (Development Standards) of Specific <br />Development Plan No. 43, is amended as follows: <br /> <br /> V. DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS <br />PROFESSIONAL AND BUSINESS OFFICESlCOMMERCIALIRETAILIHOTEL <br /> <br />[Paragraph "C" titled "Site Coverage" appearing on page 13 of specific <br />Development Plan No. 43 is retitled and amended to read as follows (added <br />language shown in underline]: <br /> <br />Site Coverage/Lot Frontage <br /> <br />All building setbacks as described in B. above and as shown in Exhibit <br />B shall be provided. Building setbacks shall be maintaine(J for site <br />coverage. Site coverage for individual parcels or tracts is unlimited, <br />provided that the setbacks described above are maintained..Each lot <br />shall have at least one hundred twenty (120) feet of street fronta.qe as <br />set forth in Section 41-373 of the City of Santa Ana Municipal Code, <br />with the exception of: <br />1_~.
