Architectural relief must be <br />provided to break up long expanses of shear walls. The <br />same or compatible design features shall be continued or <br />repeated upon all elevations of a building. <br /> <br />Architecture, quality of building materials, building <br />massing, scale, rooflines, building finishes and texture, <br />glass, building colors, landscaping and project amenities <br />must be compatible with surrounding buildings within <br />PacifiCenter. <br /> <br /> <br />
