NS-2406 <br /> <br />GAS: 9/29/99 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SANTA ANA REZONING PROPERTY GENERALLY <br /> LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF EAST SEVENTEENTH <br /> STREET BETWEEN LINWOOD AND MABURY STREETS <br /> FROM ARTERIAL COMMERCIAL (C5) TO PROFESSIONAL <br /> (p) (/LA NO. 99-06) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 99-06 has been filed with <br />the City of Santa Aha-to change the zoning district designation of <br />certain real property generally located on the north side of East <br />Seventeenth Street between Linwood and Mabury Streets, in the City <br />of Santa Aha, and more specifically delineated in Exhibit 1, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, from <br />Arterial Commercial (C5) to Professional (P), in the form set <br />forth in Exhibit 2, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference, for said property as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha <br />held a duly noticed public hearing on September 13, 1999, on <br />Amendment Application No. 99-06 and based thereon, determined that <br />the development as proposed therein is consistent with the General <br />Plan of the City of Santa Aha, and recommended that the City <br />Council approve Amendment Application No. 99-06; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, prior to taking action on this <br /> ordinance, has held a duly noticed public hearing, on Amendment <br /> Application No. 99-06. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Mitigation <br /> is hereby <br /> <br /> 1. A Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br />Monitoring Program for Environmental Review No. 99-i5 <br />approved and certified. <br /> 2. The P (Professional) district designation as proposed <br />in Amendment Application No. 99-06, is hereby found and determined <br />to be consistent with the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana <br />and otherwise justified by the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare. <br /> 3. That certain real property generally located on the north <br />side of East Seventeenth Street between Linwood Avenue and Mabury <br />Street and designated in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified, from <br />Arterial Commercial (C5) to Professional (P). <br /> <br />Ord.
