NS- 240 ? <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTION 2-325 OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Santa Ana ordains as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Findings <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Santa Aha (''the City") finds, determines and declares: <br /> Members of different boards and commissions of the City receive varying compensation. <br />This amendment of this City's Code will increase the uniformity of compensation among the <br />board and commission members. This amendment does not reduce any member's compensation. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> Section 2.325 ("Compensation for members of boards, commissions") of the City's Code <br />is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 2-325. Compensation for members of boards, commissions. <br />The members of the following boards and commissions of the city shall rec~iye the <br />compensation as set forth herein: <br /> (a) Community Redevelopment & Housing Commission, fifty dollars <br /> ($50.00) per meeting, three (3) meetings maximum per month, plus <br /> twenty dollars ($20.00) per month automobile allowance. <br /> (b) Personnel Board, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting. <br /> (c) Planning Commission, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, three (3) <br /> meetings maximum per month, plus fifty dollars ($50.00) per month <br /> automobile allowance. <br /> (d) Historic Resources Commission, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, <br /> two (2) meetings maximum per month; <br /> (e) Board of Recreation and Parks, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, <br /> two (2) meetings maximum per month. <br /> (f) Cable Television Advisory Board, fifty dollars ($50.00) per <br /> meeting, two (2) meetings maximum per month. <br /> (g) Human Relations Commission, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, <br /> two (2) meetings maximum per month. <br /> (h) Library Board fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, two (2) meetings <br /> maximum per month. <br /> Ordinance No. <br /> Page I of 2' <br /> <br /> <br />
