Board called to order by President Frank # In Rs The petition of S.H. Finley et al, requesting the Board Paving gast 4th St. to take the necessary steps to pave gast l~ourth Street with a roadway of equal utility with that constructed by the State Highway Commission, between the Santa Fe Rail- road and Mabury Street was on motion of Alderman duly seconded and carried, referred to the City Attorney to prepare a Resolution of Intention and the City ~ngineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications covering the # In Re A communication from W.A. Ordinance No.541 an Ordinance amending Mection 6 of 0rdi- nance N-~.4S~ of the City of Santa Aha, in relation to width of sidewalks and roadways, was on motion of Alderman,duly seconded, passed and adopted by the following vote to-wit: Ayes: Trustees Alderman, McPhee, Greenleaf, Grubb and Noes, T~ustees None. On motion, TTustee Alderman and Water Su~erinteudent Reid were appointed a committee to look up the matter of placing sink in Chamber of Comerce Rooms to process fruit. On motion of Aldern~an, seconded by McPhee and carried, the City Clerk is instructed to notify the State Highway Commission in relation to the action of the Board regarding the paving of W, ast Fourth Street. # The annual report of the City Librarian and the City Clerk were submitted and ordered referred to an Auditing Oomm~ittee consisting of Trustees Alderman, McPhee and Greenleaf. On motion of Alderman duly seconded and carried, the City Eugineer is directed to prepare a map correcting lines on Chestnut Avenue.
