The petition of P.S. Nichols, et al, to lay cement sidewalks and curbs on the West side of Flower Street, from Highland Street South, to the North side of the Stanley Tract, was on motion gr~anted. On motion duly seconded and carried, cement .sid?alks and cumbs are ordered laid on the West side of Flowe~treet from Pine Street to First Street. The petition of G.F. Havenes$~ et al, to lay cement curbs and cement from the the A.T. sidewalks on both sides of East Washington Aven~ tracks of the S.P. Rwy. Oo~pany to the tracks of & S.F. Company, was s~anted. On motion of Grubb, duly seconded and carried~ G.W. Smith is given the contract to lay cement curbs on the West sade of Flower Street between Pine Street and Walnut Street, a~ ~.0 cents per foot. The petition of F.H. Teel, et al, to open street from Flower Street to Shelton Street, on line between Morse Villa Tract and the Flower Street Acres was denied. ~n motion of Grubb, duly seconded and carried, the City Clerk is instructed to advertise for bids for paving street intersections on Bush Street Avenue. On motion of Alderman, duly from Fifth Street to Washington seconded and carried, Robert 0pgburn is named as inspector to inspect Street work on Bush Street at the compensation of $$.~0 per day. Resolution No. $~0, a Resolution of Intention to pave a portion of East 10th Street and Bush Street in the City of Santa Ana, was on motion of Grubb passed and ado~ted by the following vote to-wit: Ayes, McPhee, Greenleaf, Grubb and My. Noes, Alderman. The City 01erk was instructed to withhold publication until further notice.
