The Commercial South Main (C-SM) district designation as proposed in <br />Amendment Application No. 99-08, is hereby found and determined to be consistent with <br />the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana and otherwise justified by the public necessity, <br />convenience and general welfare. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain real property generally located in the area between Walnut Street <br />and Warner Avenue along South Main Street and designated in Exhibit 1, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified, from Community <br />Commercial (C-1) and General Commercial (C-2) to Commercial South Main (C-SM). <br /> <br /> 4.
