NS-2426 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br />CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AND THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION <br />OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT <br />SYSTEM. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOVVS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That an amendment to the contract between the City of Santa Ana and the <br />Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby <br />authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A", and by <br />such reference made a part hereof as though herein set in full. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: The Mayor of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana is hereby <br />authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of <br />said Agency. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 5th day of June ., 2000. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />-'!~ .ae~ioaf ~t~ eH~.~ ~n c, i - ~j// <br /> <br />Ordinance No. NS-2426 <br /> Page I of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
