Sycamore Street Apl~roved: A petition from H.P. Thelan asking permission to con- struct and maintain a gasoline ~ ~n m~dawalk next to curb at Nos. 710-712 gast 4th Street, was on motion referred to a com~.ittee consisting of Trustees Alderman and Grubb with power to act. A legal opinion from the City Attorney in relation to disposition of City's property on "D" Street was on motion ordered filed. # 0~dinance No.555, an Ordinance regulating the fa~ee foX automobiles and all other vehicles transporting passengers for hire within the City limits, was on motion of McPhee, seconded by Alderman, passed and adopted by the following vote' to-wit: Ayes, Alderman, McPhee, Grubb and ~y. Noes, ~one. Absent, Greenleaf. Resolution No.§86, a Resolution of the Board of Trustees, of the City of Santa Aha, ordering the work of sewers w~hin a district within s aid City was on motion referred to the City Attorney. A bond of Alwill Hacklander for plumber's license was on motion ordered approved and license ordered issued. A petition from J.J. Ziellian, et al, asking for sewers on North Sycamore Street, was on motion of Grubb, seconded by Greenleaf and carried, that as soon as all money covering pipe for sewe=s is deposited with the City Clerk,that the work be ordered in.
