On motion of ~lderman, duly seconded and carried, the City Olerk is instructed to draw warrants on the City Treasurer covering Demands Nee. 97S to No.149 inclusive, and ae the same are recorded in Warrant Book No.1, pages SS, 66, 67 and 68. Resolution Nc. SSS, a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the City of ~anta Ana, ordering the work of ~aving the road- way of East 4th Street from the ~ast rail of the main track of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway to the ~ast City Limits of the City of Santa Aha, alee culverts, and determini~ that bonds shall be issued to represent the cost thereof, ae provided under the Bsnd Act, a~proved Feb.27th 189S, and amend- men~s thereto, was read and on motion referred to the Oity Attorney. On motion duly seconded and carried, the City Attorney was ed a leave of absence for ten days. # A communication from the League of Calif. Municipalities in reference to Home Rule Taxation was on motion ordered filed. # Resolution No.§~, A resolution of Intention to construct side- walks and curbs on West Pine St., from the West line of South Flower St., to the last line of 8outh Baker St., in the City of Santa Aha, was on motion of Alderman, ~econded by'~McPhee, passed and adopted by the following vote to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Alderman, McPhee, G~eenleaf, Grubb and ~. Noes, Trustees None.
