Title Co. <br /> <br />In Re Sewer South <br />Flower Street. <br /> <br />In Re Paving ?~aet <br /> <br />Washington Ave. from <br /> <br />Main St. to Railway <br /> <br />In Re Paving West 5th <br />St. <br /> <br />Greenleaf, Grubb, WY and the Clerk. <br /> <br />A representative of the Get,mn ~utheran Ohurch requested <br /> <br />a cross walk on 6th & Brown Sts, and on motion the Street <br />Superintendent is instructed to carry out the request. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Alderman, duly seconded by Grubb and carried, <br />it is ordered that all contractors laying sewer lines in <br />the City who fail to notify the Sewer Superintendent for <br />Inspection will be subject to a revocation of license. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, the Clerk <br />is inmtructed to cancel Warrant No.§, dated Feb.~, 1914, <br />favor of the Orange County Title 0o. for $8.00, on account <br />of double warrant. <br /> <br />The petition of T.F. McDonnell, et al, for a sewer on South <br />Flower St., between West Pine Street and Myrtle St., and <br />also on West Ohestnut Ave., between South ~lower St., and <br />South Baker St., was referred to a committee consisting of <br />Trustees Alderman, Greenleaf, Grubb and Supt. Reid for inves- <br />t igation. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The City gngineer reported the petition of H. Franzen et al, <br />for the paving of East Washington Avenue between the gast line <br />of North Main St., and the West rail of the A.T. & S.F. Rwy. <br />as bein~ signed by 5S per cent of the frontage, <br /> <br />On motion of Grubb, seconded by Alderman and carried, the City <br />Engineer ia directed to prepare specifications, plans and ~ro- <br />files for the paving of said street and the City Attorney is <br />directed to prepare a Resolution of Xntention of paving said <br />street. <br /> <br />On motion of Alderman, d~ly seconded and carried,the Board <br />of Trustees with the City ~ngineer are named a committee to <br />investigate the paving now being done under the Oounty High- <br />way specifications before any action be taken by the Board <br />in reference to paving West Fifth St., from Artemis St. to <br />the Oity Limits. <br /> <br /> <br />
