In Re Sewer Inspection Contractor's Notice In Re Cancellation of Warrant No.5 Orange Co. Title Co. In Re Sewer South Flower Street. In Re Paving ?~aet Washington Ave. from Main St. to Railway In Re Paving West 5th St. Greenleaf, Grubb, WY and the Clerk. A representative of the Get,mn ~utheran Ohurch requested a cross walk on 6th & Brown Sts, and on motion the Street Superintendent is instructed to carry out the request. # On motion of Alderman, duly seconded by Grubb and carried, it is ordered that all contractors laying sewer lines in the City who fail to notify the Sewer Superintendent for Inspection will be subject to a revocation of license. . On motion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, the Clerk is inmtructed to cancel Warrant No.§, dated Feb.~, 1914, favor of the Orange County Title 0o. for $8.00, on account of double warrant. The petition of T.F. McDonnell, et al, for a sewer on South Flower St., between West Pine Street and Myrtle St., and also on West Ohestnut Ave., between South ~lower St., and South Baker St., was referred to a committee consisting of Trustees Alderman, Greenleaf, Grubb and Supt. Reid for inves- t igation. # The City gngineer reported the petition of H. Franzen et al, for the paving of East Washington Avenue between the gast line of North Main St., and the West rail of the A.T. & S.F. Rwy. as bein~ signed by 5S per cent of the frontage, On motion of Grubb, seconded by Alderman and carried, the City Engineer ia directed to prepare specifications, plans and ~ro- files for the paving of said street and the City Attorney is directed to prepare a Resolution of Xntention of paving said street. On motion of Alderman, d~ly seconded and carried,the Board of Trustees with the City ~ngineer are named a committee to investigate the paving now being done under the Oounty High- way specifications before any action be taken by the Board in reference to paving West Fifth St., from Artemis St. to the Oity Limits.
