Buckingham that was damaged by the City's Road Roller. On motion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, the City · ngineer and the City Attorney are directed to co~ence Vrooman Act proceedings on all unfinished sidewalks and curbs in the Oity of Santa Aha, covered by petitions, filed in the office of the City.Clerk. The City Health Officer filed recomnmndations for cleaning up and changin~ certain unsanitary conditions in the City. On motion duly seconded and carried, it is ordered that the request be complied wi~h. On motion duly seconded and carried, the 0ity Clerk is directed to purchase two City Directories, one for hie office and one for the office of City Marshal. A report filed by the Building Inspector showing the condition of the public buildings in the City of Santa Ana, in reference to fire protection, was ordered filed, and the recom~nendation for certain chan~es and addit$ons to the fire protection of certain buildinga was ordered complied with. Resolution No.§68 , a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa~Ana, ordering the work of paving the road- way of ~mst ~th $t., from the East rail of the main track of the A.T.& S.~. Rwy., to the East City 1Lmits of the Oity of Santa Ana, also culverts and determining that bonds shall be issued to represent the coat thereof, as provided under the Bond Act, apr~oved Feb. ~.?, 1~$, and amendments there$o, was on motion of Alderman, seconded by Grubb, passed and adopted by the following vote to-wit:- Ayes, Trustees Alderman, McPhee, Grubb and gy. No, Trustee Greenleaf. Ordinance No.§~8, an Ordinance of the City of ~anta Aha, fixing a maximum gao rate for natural gas furnished to the City of Santa Aha, or its inhabitants; and other resulations for the control of persons, firms or corporations zupplying gas to the inhabitants of said City, was on motion of G~ubb, seconded by Alderman, passed and adopted by the following vote to-wit' Ayes, Trmstees Alderma~n, McPhee, Greenleaf, Grubb and ~y.
