,04 City Hall, Santa Ana,Cal. April 6, 1914 at 7:30 p.m. Board met in regular 8emsion. Present, Trustees Alderman, $oPhee, Greenleaf, Grubb, Board called to order by President Frank In Re Storm Water Mrs. Bradley In Re Heninger'a 3rd Addition In Re Ordinance No.576 Natural Gas In Re glectric Sign Auto Specialty Co. In Re Paving South Sycamore St. ~rd St. to Cubbon St. In Re Paving South Main St. and the Clerk. Mrg. Bradley appeared before the Board and stated that the storm water was diverted from North Broad- way on account of the pavement recently installed thereon and injured her cellar. On motion duly seconded and carried, Trustees Grubb, Greenleaf and Alderman were named a cozm~ittee to investigate and report. On motion duly seconded and carried, ths map of Heninger's Srd Addition was referred to Trustees Greenleaf and Alderman and the City ~n~in§er for investigation and report. Ordinance No.876 prescribing rules and regulations for the pre,sure, Quality and distribution of gas was on motion duly seconded and carried, referred to Trustees Grubb, Alderman and McPhee. An application of the Auto Specialty Company for an electric sign on North Sycamore Street was on motion referred to the Building Ingp~ctor and. the City Electrician with power to act. On motion of Grubb, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the petition to pave South Sycamore Street from 3rd St. to Cubbon St., is granted with the understanding that the property owners be granted a sufficient time with which to make ~ayments for' the said ~aving, and the President of the Board of Trustees i~ authorized to sign the contract on the part of the Oity for the paving of ~,,w Sycamore Street in front of the City ~ail. ~n motion of Grubb, seconded by McPhee and carried, Trustees Grubb and Alderman and Engineer Finley are named a com ittee to confer with the County Highway Commission relative to the paving of South Main St. Jointly with the 0ounty of Orange,
