In Re Addition to City Water Works In Re Refund of License In Re Fire Truck AEr3ement Ukon motion of ~cPhee, duly seconded and carried, no new bond is re~Autred of the ~,randall Construction Co., in regard to the extension of time for the paving on West Fifth St.. in lieu of the fact that the Guaranty Casualty Co., have filed a statem~]nt that the extension of ~ime grantod will in no way invalidate the bonds given in connection with the paving being done on said West Fifth St., Upon motion of Aldernan, duly seconded and carried, Ranson~ Reid is aI~pointed Superintendent to superintend the ad~ition being added to the City Water Works as contracted for by Grouard and .Young. Upon motion of Gr~enleaf, duly seconded and carried, the s~ of ~ o ~1,.50 is hereby ordored rebated to V. F. Clapp said amount being the unearned portion of license ~4021 issued AUld. 15, 1914, Upon motion of Grubb, being for "Auto for Hire". duly seconded and carried, the President of the Board is dir~cted to sign a contract with tL~ "Pioneer Commercial Auto Company" known as Contract No.1, in regard to placing in the possession of the firm of Towner & Hartley, the chassis identical with the chassis now in Fire Truck Nc. One, to build and con- struct a bed or body within 60 days after the execution of thi~ agr~e~.ent. Said motion being carried on the following vote to-wi~: - Ayes, Trustees Alderman, Greenleaf, Grubb and Ey. Noe~, None. Not voting, Trustee ~cPhee. Upon motion of Grubb, duly seconded and carried, the pro- posal of Pion~or Cor, msrcial Auto Oompany, a :orporation, to pay one-half of the cost to construct a bed or body on firs truck No.1 of the fire department of the Oity of Santa Aha, the s~m~ to be a duplicate of the bed or body to be constructed by Towner & Hartley on fire truck No.2, was accepted, opticnal with tls ?card of Trustees.
