McOulloch 4; and he was declared appointed. # On ~otion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Trustee Maryatt, and carried, that all a~in~aee~hold office at the pleasure of the Board. On ~otion of Trustee McPhee, the following persons were placed in nomination and seconded by Trustee Tubbs: Gee.Minter, Fred Rafferty and J.G.Qulok, Upon a vote being taken all three were declared appointed.
