City Ball, <br /> <br /> June 14,1915. 7;30 p.m. <br /> <br />Board met in regular adjourned session. <br /> <br />Present, Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt and the Clerk. <br /> <br />In the absenos of President Visel, the 01erk oalled the meeting to order. <br /> <br />On motion duly seconded and carried, Trustee Maryatt was chosen President pro rem. <br /> <br />License Autos for HTre <br /> <br />In Ro <br /> <br />Chinese Grocery <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Gasoline Oil Station <br /> <br />In Ho <br /> <br />Oil and Sand Lacy <br /> <br />In Ho <br /> <br />Elsctric Sign <br /> <br />In Ro <br /> <br />Petition of Physicians <br /> <br />In Rs <br /> <br />Bids City Garbage <br /> <br />The applications of M. l~uJimato and L.S. lrvin for license <br /> <br />to run autos for hire was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbe, <br />seconded by ~reenleaf and carried, the same was granted. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The application of Lee You for a license to run a small <br />grocery on gast First St., near the old cannery was on <br />motion of Trustee Tubbs, seconded by YoPhee and carried, <br />granted. <br /> <br />The application of Pinal Dome Refining Co., to erect an <br />office building and filling station at the Southeast <br />net of Sixth and Broadway and to out down sidewalks on 6th <br />and Broadway was upon motion ~f Trustee Tubbe, duly second- <br />ed by McPhee and carried, granted. <br /> <br />The petition of property owners on Lacy St., between <br /> <br />Wellington and Washington Avenue to oil and sand said <br /> <br />St., was on motion of Trustee Tubbs and seconded by McPheo <br /> <br />referred back to the petitioners. <br /> <br />The application of Roberteon & Packard to place an elec- <br />tric sign in front of the Dragon 0onfeotionery Co. at <br />104 g.4th St., was on motion of Trustee McPhee,seconded <br />by Gree~leaf, that same be referred to a committee con- <br />eisting of two members of the Board to be appointed by <br />the 0hair, and the Building Inspector and City Zleotrician, <br />Acting President Maryatt appointed Trustees McPhee and <br /> <br /> Tubbs to act with the Building Inspector and Electrician. <br />Committee to report at next meeting. <br /> <br />A petition signed by the Fnysiolans and Surgeons of the <br />City asking the Board to modify the new traffic ordinance <br />to exempt fire, police,hospital ambulance,physician and <br />surgeon vehicles,was on motion seconded and carried, order- <br />ed placed on file. <br /> <br />The follgwing sealed bids accompanied by certified checks <br />for the removal o~ garbage and rubbish in the City were <br />opened: <br /> <br /> <br />
