<br />additions and alterations to the City Water Plant reported

<br /> $49J1.00 if interior plastering is omitted, deduct sum

<br />of ;,~r. Oeo. ,,.~ Roy, Rec,~,iv~r for tile partn,~rship known as Crandall
<br />Cons~ru3tion Company of Los Angeles, and it further al-loafing that
<br />through an ovsrsight or omission on the part of said Cr~ndall Con-
<br />struction Company, an extension of time was not granted by the City
<br />of Santa Ana to said firm ,during the lifetime of the contract,which
<br />said Company had with the City of Santa Aha, to pave a portion of
<br />West Fifth Stre.~t, between the center line of Artesia Street West
<br />~o tls City Limits; therefore, it is further Resolved, that the
<br />
<br />Ct~y of Sant~ Aha grant to said Geo. C. Roy an extension of 80 days
<br />
<br />£ro~. an,l after the SOth day of December, 1914, u~.on condition
<br />
<br />ho~evor, that said Geo. C. Roy, Receiver, secures tho consent or
<br />acquiesonce from the Security qemm. any who issued ]lis bond in the
