On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly <br />seconded by Greenleaf and carried, same was laid over <br />to be taken up the first of the year. <br /> <br />The application of Ray F.Robineon for the appointment <br />of City Motor Oep was read and on motion of Trustee <br />Greenleaf, seconded by McPhee and carried, ordered p~ed <br />on file. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The report of Dr.J.I.Clark,Oity Bealth Officer upon the <br />analysis of the Oity Water was read and upon motion of <br />Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, <br />ordered placed on file for future reference. <br /> <br />The bids of C.M.Rolderman of $101.00 and Shelley Rotten <br />of $12§.00 for the fertiliaer from the City Barn and <br />street sweepings was read and on motion of Trustee McPhee <br />d~ly seconded and carried, the bid of Shelley Herren for <br />$12~.00 was accepted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs, that <br />a committee be appointed with the assistance of the City <br />Engineer and Building Inspector to investigate the safety <br />of the Arcade Rooming Rouse on ~ast 4th St., carried. <br /> <br />The President appointed Trustees Greenleaf and Tubbs on <br />this committee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee MoPhee,.duly seconded by Tubbs and <br />carried, the Oity Marhhal is instructed to make an inves- <br />tigation of the overloading of Jitney busses and to arrest <br />the driver if more passengers are carried than allowed by <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded and carried, <br />Fire Chief ~oung is instructed to purchase a reserve <br />electric storage battery for the Fire 9epartment. <br /> <br />Mr.F.M.Grigsby,representing the property owners on East <br />let 2t., appeared before the Board and stated they were <br />ready to pave gast let St.,according to specifications <br />Nc.
