Stanley who proposes to erect a building at .$rd &'Sycamore Sra. and asking the Board's permission to deviate from the Building Ordinance. On motion duly seconded and carried his request was d~nied. On motion of T~uetee I~h~9, duly seconded b7 Tubbs and carried, the Worden P~intinS 0o., was awarded the printi'n~ and contract fie the Blade Publishing 0o., the advertising; the7 being the lowest bidderl and the Oity Attorney is in- structed to draw the contract. Other printing not in eon- tract at proportional rates to open ~ark~t. Trustee Melrose, ohai2~an on the committee .appointed to. in- vestisate the storm water conditions in the 8OUthwest part of the city, submitted his report sayins that no action could bo taken by the City at this time. On action of Trustee M~Phee, duly seconded by Tubbl and carried, the ~uparintenden. t of Streete and Oity ~ngineer are instructed to a~ke a list of all 'lots and parking overgrown with weeds. # On motion duly seconded and carried, the Supt. of Streets is allowed $85.00 per mnth for the upkeep of his auto ~oing etreet work. On motion of Trultee MoPhee, duly seconded and carried, the Oity Marshal is instructed to advertise tl~ee times in the papers that all ~wners of dogs eeoure'lioenses at once and that after a reasonable length of ti~e a dog catcher be em- ployed.
