Cc. in reference to <br />removal of roles in eo~e parts of the City, but unable to <br />do Io aB th~ poles carry fire alarm wires belonging to the <br />Oity and asking advice as to whether the Oity wiSheB tO <br />purchase sa~ or not was read and on motion of Trustee <br />¥cPhee, dulyeeoonded by Greenleaf and carried, referred <br /> <br />to Street ooemittee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />· petition signed by the abuttir~ property owners on Patton <br />stroet between 4th and Sth to oil and gravel said street <br />property owners to pay for oil and gravel and City to spread <br />same, was read and on motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly second- <br />ed by Maryatt and carried, granted. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The applicatiin of Geo.W.Smith, for a permit to construct <br />cement sidewalks, curbs and sewer connections under Ordinance <br />598, aooos~anied with a bond of $500.00 of J.A.Turner and <br />H.L.Hanson as eureties, was read, and on motion of Trustee <br />Mc~hee, duly seconded by Maryatt a~d carried, sa~e is granted <br />and bond referred to th~ President for approval. <br /> # <br />The bond of g.O.Fra~bes for $500.00 with Fred L.Mitohel and <br />Leslie O.Mitohell, as sureties, was read and on motion duly <br />second and Oarried referred to the President for approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
