MoXensie for a permit to move a dwelling house fr~m the corner of ~eoond and Main to a location on West ~econd ~., was on motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, referred to the Supt. of Streets with power to act. · resolution fro~ the Board of ~ealth asking that a permanent ~an$~ax-J inspector be employed by the City was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by MoPhee and carried, action tO be taken at next meeting. · co~,ni~ati~n i~om the State ccmpensation insurance fu~d in reference to liability insurance was read and on motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Tubbe and carried, crdered received a~d placed on file. A letter f?m the Pacific Tel.& Tel. Cc. in reference to removal of roles in eo~e parts of the City, but unable to do Io aB th~ poles carry fire alarm wires belonging to the Oity and asking advice as to whether the Oity wiSheB tO purchase sa~ or not was read and on motion of Trustee ¥cPhee, dulyeeoonded by Greenleaf and carried, referred to Street ooemittee. # · petition signed by the abuttir~ property owners on Patton stroet between 4th and Sth to oil and gravel said street property owners to pay for oil and gravel and City to spread same, was read and on motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly second- ed by Maryatt and carried, granted. # The applicatiin of Geo.W.Smith, for a permit to construct cement sidewalks, curbs and sewer connections under Ordinance 598, aooos~anied with a bond of $500.00 of J.A.Turner and H.L.Hanson as eureties, was read, and on motion of Trustee Mc~hee, duly seconded by Maryatt a~d carried, sa~e is granted and bond referred to th~ President for approval. # The bond of g.O.Fra~bes for $500.00 with Fred L.Mitohel and Leslie O.Mitohell, as sureties, was read and on motion duly second and Oarried referred to the President for approval.
