Absent, Gresnleaf. On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, an advisory committee of ten me~bers be appointed by the President to confer with the Board relative to the Pacific Bleotrio R.R.0o., and certain proposed i~provements for the Oity, the President appoin- ted the following committee: G.A.~dgar, Frank ~y, 0.B.Alderman, N.L. Grubb, 8.H. Finley, I.D. Baffle, [.B. Vincent, ~.A.Turner, A.J.Orookshank and Goo.Minter. # On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded and carried, that the President appoint a committee of one to procure heavy road oil to be used as repair work on paved streets. President Visel appointing Trustee MoPhee as sush oomzittes.
