The hearin~ to be held in San Francisco,0ct.25th, <br /> 1915; was on motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Greenlea: <br /> and carried, ordered-received and p~&ced on file. <br /> <br /> A communication from the Home Mutual Bldg. & Loan Association in <br /> reference to z. oving the unsightly wooden poles in the new light- <br /> ing district, was on motion by Trustee McPhee. duly seconded by <br /> Greenleaf and carried, ordered received and ~oed on file. <br /> <br /> A petition signed by the property owners on Garnsey St., between <br /> ~rd and 5th, and Riverine between 10th and Halesworth to oil and <br /> gravel said street, property owners to pay for oil and gravel, <br /> 0ity to grade and spread same, was on motion of Trustee McPhee, <br /> duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, referred to the Street Dep- <br /> artment. <br /> <br /> The application of Roy Phelps for a refund on his auto for hire <br /> license,amounting to $5.20, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, <br /> duly seconded by McPhee and carried, granted. <br /> <br />The bonds of J.M.Beach and G.L.Fields for private contract cement <br />work with James S.Sweet and W.R.McBurney as sureties, for $500.00 <br />was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by McPhee and <br />carried, referred to the President for approval. <br /> <br />0ounty Surveyor J.L.McBride presented a corrected map of Tract 41 <br />part of the Greenleaf gstate, asking the Board to approve the <br />.'same. A motion by Trustee McPhee, that same be referred to two <br />members of the Board 0ity gngineer and City Attorney with power <br />react, was duly seconded and carried. The President appointing <br />Trustees Greenleaf and Maryatt. <br /> <br />A petition signed by residents of South Flower, Bishop and High- <br />land ets., asking the Board to appoint G.M. Gardner as a special <br />police officer, without pay, was upon motion of Trustee Greenleaf <br />duly seconded by McPhee, and married, granted. <br /> <br /> <br />
