The bond of C.F. Bates fgr $500.00 with the Globe indemnity 0o.. as sureties, to do private cement concrete work, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, referred to the President for approval. The application of garl 0oleman for the position of Motor cycle Policeman, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, ordered received and placed on file. # The a~lioation of Thomas ~. Locke for permission to suspend an electric transparent sign in front of the Rossmore 0ale was on motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Ma~yatt and carried, granted under the approval of the 0ity 21eotri- olan and Building Inspector. # The account of Dr. John Wehrly for professional services rendered to Paul ~udge an employee on the street department was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, referred to the Street Department tQ.~epert at next meeting. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, it was decided to pay all regular help on the first ! ~of ~ohmonth and with the O.K. of the superintendents of tho,water and street departments for the employees under their charge. # The monthl7 reports of the Olt7 Marshal, Recorder, Building Inspector and Supt. of gtreete, read and upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee and carried, ordered
