On motion of and carried, State Compensation insurance for city The application cf Geo. R. Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf it was decided to renew the policy with the Insurance Fund, intolerance to carrying employees. Fisher for a Jitney license accompanied by a bond of ~10,000 with the Guardian Casual- ty and Guaranty Co. as surety, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Naryatt and carried, license granted, and bond referred to the President for approval. The request of S.H. Finley for permi~sion to have a laundr operated in the brick building 410 E.4th St.,was on motion of Trustee ~cP~.ee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, granted. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt mhd carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant in favor of the County Tax Collector for $249.44, first installment of County Taxes on City property outside of City limits. The Clerk was on motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by ~aryatt and carried, instructed to draw warrants on the City Treasurer^Nos. 5~$ to ?g6 inelusiv~. On motion of Trustee NcPhee, duly seconded and carrisd, the City Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant in favor of S.H.Finley for $15.00 for professional services in inspecting the North Main St. bridge and drainage for West First St.
