R. <br /> <br />Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />it was decided to renew the policy with the <br /> <br /> Insurance Fund, intolerance to carrying <br /> employees. <br /> <br /> Fisher for a Jitney license <br />accompanied by a bond of ~10,000 with the Guardian Casual- <br />ty and Guaranty Co. as surety, was on motion of Trustee <br />Greenleaf, duly seconded by Naryatt and carried, license <br />granted, and bond referred to the President for approval. <br /> <br />The request of S.H. Finley for permi~sion to have a laundr <br />operated in the brick building 410 E.4th St.,was on motion <br />of Trustee ~cP~.ee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, <br />granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt <br />mhd carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant <br />in favor of the County Tax Collector for $249.44, first <br />installment of County Taxes on City property outside of <br />City limits. <br /> <br />The Clerk was on motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded <br />by ~aryatt and carried, instructed to draw warrants on <br />the City Treasurer^Nos. 5~$ to ?g6 inelusiv~. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee NcPhee, duly seconded and carrisd, <br />the City Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant in favor <br />of S.H.Finley for $15.00 for professional services in <br />inspecting the North Main St. bridge and drainage for <br />West First St. <br /> <br /> <br />
