Balderston was before the Board askin$ that the City <br />prepare and pass an Ordinance for an open public market, on <br />motion of Trustee Maryatt that a committee be appointed with <br />a view to preparing such an Ordinance, was duly seconded and <br />carried, the President appointing Trustees McPhee and Naryatt <br />as such committee. <br /> <br />Stanley Thompson was before the Board asking for a license to <br />conduct a skating rink in the Neill block, 211$E.4th St., <br />upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried, the request was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Maryatt, <br />by the following vote:- Ayes, <br /> <br />duly seconded by McPhee and passe <br /> <br />Trustees McPhee, Greenleaf, Earya~ <br /> <br />and Visel, Noes Trustees None, Absent, Trustee Tubbe, the <br /> <br />P.E. Ry.
