On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, action t~ken Nov. 13th in passing the Resolution to macs- from Plower and by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees McPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt and Vlsel, Noes Trustees None, Absent Trustee Tubbs, the action taken Nov.13th in reference to removing gr.avel placed on West Chestnut,and re-imbursing property owners for same is herebyr escinded. Mr. Geo. Balderston was before the Board askin$ that the City prepare and pass an Ordinance for an open public market, on motion of Trustee Maryatt that a committee be appointed with a view to preparing such an Ordinance, was duly seconded and carried, the President appointing Trustees McPhee and Naryatt as such committee. Stanley Thompson was before the Board asking for a license to conduct a skating rink in the Neill block, 211$E.4th St., upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the request was granted. On motion of Trustee Maryatt, by the following vote:- Ayes, duly seconded by McPhee and passe Trustees McPhee, Greenleaf, Earya~ and Visel, Noes Trustees None, Absent, Trustee Tubbe, the P.E. Ry.
