Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded and carried, cement sidewalk and curb ia ordered in on the City propert: West of Flower St., and sidewalk along the South line of the City property gast of Flower,.and to curb the same aa far as possible, in order to save the pepper trees for a park at ~ome future date. On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seanded by Maryatt and carried, the Supt. of Streets is instructed to finish gravelling North Bristol from Washington to 17th ets. On motion dui7 ~econded and carried, the committee appoint- ed to investigate the grade on West Ohestnut is oontinudd. # The motion of Trmatee Maryatt to compel the P.g.R.R. to move its teaok on Mapke St., to the center of said Street did not meet with a second. Upon the request of Trustee Greenleaf the President continued the con~ittee. On motion of and carried, Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded b7 Greenleaf that the President appoint a co~ittee to investigate conditions of the storm water drainage of ~ast ~hestnut, the President appointed the Street Oommittee and City ~ngineer as such committee and to report at next meeting. On motion of Trustee~Greenleaf, duly seconded and carried, the Oity Olerk is instructed to make the following transfer $§000.00 from the General Fund to Water Bond $4, $1000.00 from the Street ~o Water Bond $4, $1558.~$ from the Water Bond indebtedness to Water Bond$4. # Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, the Supt. of Streets is instructed to repair the approach to the alley Worth of Olune's Theater, the approach back of the F. A M. Bank, and repair holes in the alley back the Dragon between Main and Bush. # A motion b7 Trustee Maryatt that property owners on West Highland be given permission to have gravel hauled on said Street as far West f~ Flower St., as property owners will pay for same without fLrst ~aying cement curb and City to spread gravel. This motion was dmly seconded by Green- leaf and carried. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded and carried, the Water Supt. is instructed to buy 1~000 ft. cf 4 inch pipe at$$~.40 per ton F.O.B. Santa Aha, ~000 ft. of ~
