COMMERCIAL AUTO <br />CA 04 24 04 06 <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />CALIFORNIA AUTO MEDICAL PAYMENTS COVERAGE <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />BUSINESS AUTO COVERAGE FORM <br />GARAGE COVERAGE FORM <br />MOTOR CARRIER COVERAGE FORM <br />TRUCKERS COVERAGE FORM <br />With respect to coverage provided by this endorsement, the provisions of the Coverage Form apply unless modi- <br />fied by the endorsement. <br />A. Coverage <br />We will pay reasonable expenses incurred for <br />necessary medical and funeral services to or for <br />an "insured" who sustains "bodily injury" caused <br />by "accident". We will pay only those expenses in- <br />curred, for services rendered within three years <br />from the date of the "accident". <br />B. Who Is An Insured <br />1. You while "occupying" or, while a pedestrian, <br />when struck by any "auto". <br />2. If you are an individual, any "family member" <br />while "occupying" or, while a pedestrian, when <br />struck by any "auto". <br />3. Anyone else "occupying" a covered "auto" or a <br />temporary substitute for a covered "auto". The <br />covered "auto" must be out of service because <br />of its breakdown, repair, servicing, loss or de- <br />struction. <br />C. Exclusions <br />This insurance does not apply to any of the follow- <br />ing: <br />1. "Bodily injury" sustained by an "insured" while <br />"occupying" a vehicle located for use as a <br />premises. <br />2. "Bodily injury" sustained by you or any "family <br />member" while "occupying" or struck by any <br />vehicle (other than a covered "auto") owned by <br />you or furnished or available for your regular <br />use. <br />3. "Bodily injury" sustained by any "family mem- <br />ber" while "occupying" or struck by any vehicle <br />(other than a covered "auto") owned by or fur- <br />nished or available for the regular use of any <br />"family member". <br />4. "Bodily injury" to your "employee" arising out of <br />and in the course of employment by you. How- <br />ever, we will cover "bodily injury" to your do- <br />mestic "employees" if not entitled to workers' <br />compensation benefits. For the purposes of <br />this endorsement, a domestic "employee" is a <br />person engaged in household or domestic <br />work performed principally in connection with a <br />residence premises. <br />5. "Bodily injury" to an "insured" while working in <br />a business of selling, servicing, repairing or <br />parking "autos" unless that business is yours. <br />6. "Bodily injury" arising directly or indirectly out <br />of: <br />a. War, including undeclared or civil war; <br />b. Warlike action by a military force, including <br />action in hindering or defending against an <br />actual or expected attack, by any govern- <br />ment, sovereign or other authority using <br />military personnel or other agents; or <br />c.
