PI-CME-1 (10/09) THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. CRISIS MANAGEMENT ENHANCEMENT ENDORSEMENT Unless otherwise stated herein, the terms, conditions, exclusions and other limitations set forth in this endorsement are solely applicable to coverage afforded by this endorsement, and the policy is amended as follows: Solely for the purpose of this endorsement: 1) The words "you" and "your" refer to the Named Insured shown in the Declarations, and any other person or organization qualifying as a Named Insured under this policy. 2) The words "we," "us" and "our" refer to the company providing this insurance. I. SCHEDULE OF ADDITIONAL COVERAGE AND LIMITS The following is the Limit of Liability provided by this endorsement. This endorsement is subject to the provisions of the policy to which it is attached. Crisis Management Expense II. CONDITIONS A. Applicability of Coverage $25,000 Coverage provided by your policy and any endorsements attached thereto is amended by this endorsement where applicable. All other terms and conditions of the policy or coverage part to which this endorsement is attached remain unchanged. B. Limits of Liability or Limits of Insurance When coverage is provided by this endorsement and any other coverage form or endorsement attached to this policy, we will pay only for the amount of covered loss or damage in excess of the amount due from that other insurance, whether you can collect on it or not. But we will not pay more than the applicable Limit of Liability or Limit of Insurance. C. Claim Expenses Coverages provided herein are not applicable to the generation of claim adjustment costs by you; such as fees you may incur by retaining a public adjuster or appraiser. III. ADDITIONAL COVERAGES A. We will reimburse you for "crisis management emergency response expenses" incurred because of an "incident" giving rise to a "crisis" to which this insurance applies. The amount of such reimbursement is limited as described in Section II. CONDITIONS, B. Limits of Liability or Limits of Insurance. No other obligation or liability to pay sums or perform acts or services is covered. B.
