In Re Petition to Gravel Custer St. In Re Petition to gravel West Bishop seconded by Tubbe, same was referred to the City AttorneN # A petition from property owners on Custer Br.,asking the Board to order the ease graveled from Washington Ave.to the North end of said Street. Property owners to pay for gravel delivered on street and the City to spread same, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by MoPhee, referred back to petitioners for more signatures. A petition from property owners on West Bishop St~ between Flower and ehelton asking the Board to order said portion of Street graveled, property owners to pay for the gravel delivered on street and City to spread the ease,was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, referr to a committee for investigation, President Visel appoint- ing Trustees Tubbs and MoPhee as such committee. In Re Upon motion of Trustee MoPhee, Plans,profiles and cross-sections carried, the adoption Of plans, Bristol St. In Re Reeoltion 5g~l In Re Resolution 588, In Re Substitution of Jitneys In Re Si~ewalk,Lime St. duly seconded by Tubbs and profiles and cross-sections for paving Bristol Bt.from 5th to the City Limits was postponed until next meeting; Resolution No.58? approving and adopting plans,profiles and cross-sections for the paving of that certain portion og Neet 4th St. lying between Bristol St. on the East and Arteela St. on the West, was read and adopted on motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf, and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Tubbe,MoPhse, Greenleaf and Visel, Noes,Trustees None. Absent,Trustee Maryatt. lesolution No.5~, approving and adopting plans, profiles and cross-sections for that certain portion of North Patton Street lying between Hickey Street 9n the North and a line p~rallel with and 101.5 feet South of Hiokey was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf. that same be adopted, passed by the following Vote, Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee, Greenleaf and Visel, Noes, None, Absent Trustee Maryatt. # Mr. Neal of the Crown Stmge was before the Board in reference to allowing Jitneys operators to substitute a csx in case of a breakdown, the matter on motion of Trusts. MoPhee, duly seconded by Tubbe, was referred to a oommitt~ with the City Marshal as one of the committee. Trustees MoPhee and Tubbe and Marshal Jernigan were named as such committee. # Street Supt.
