In Re <br /> <br />Petition to Gravel Custer St. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition to gravel West Bishop <br /> <br /> seconded by Tubbe, same was referred to the City AttorneN <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />A petition from property owners on Custer Br.,asking the <br />Board to order the ease graveled from Washington Ave.to <br />the North end of said Street. Property owners to pay for <br />gravel delivered on street and the City to spread same, was <br />on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by MoPhee, <br />referred back to petitioners for more signatures. <br /> <br />A petition from property owners on West Bishop St~ between <br />Flower and ehelton asking the Board to order said portion <br />of Street graveled, property owners to pay for the gravel <br />delivered on street and City to spread the ease,was on <br />motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, referr <br />to a committee for investigation, President Visel appoint- <br />ing Trustees Tubbs and MoPhee as such committee. <br /> <br />In Re Upon motion of Trustee MoPhee, <br /> <br />Plans,profiles and cross-sections carried, the adoption Of plans, <br />Bristol St. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Reeoltion 5g~l <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution 588, <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Substitution of Jitneys <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Si~ewalk,Lime St. <br /> <br />duly seconded by Tubbs and <br />profiles and cross-sections <br />for paving Bristol Bt.from 5th to the City Limits was <br />postponed until next meeting; <br /> <br /> Resolution No.58? approving and adopting plans,profiles <br /> and cross-sections for the paving of that certain portion <br /> og Neet 4th St. lying between Bristol St. on the East and <br /> Arteela St. on the West, was read and adopted on motion of <br /> Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf, and passed by <br /> the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Tubbe,MoPhse, Greenleaf <br /> and Visel, Noes,Trustees None. Absent,Trustee Maryatt. <br /> <br />lesolution No.5~, approving and adopting plans, profiles <br />and cross-sections for that certain portion of North <br />Patton Street lying between Hickey Street 9n the North <br />and a line p~rallel with and 101.5 feet South of Hiokey <br />was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by <br />Greenleaf. that same be adopted, passed by the following <br />Vote, Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee, Greenleaf and Visel, <br />Noes, None, Absent Trustee Maryatt. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Mr. Neal of the Crown Stmge was before the Board in <br />reference to allowing Jitneys operators to substitute a <br />csx in case of a breakdown, the matter on motion of Trusts. <br />MoPhee, duly seconded by Tubbe, was referred to a oommitt~ <br />with the City Marshal as one of the committee. <br /> <br />Trustees MoPhee and Tubbe and Marshal Jernigan were named <br />as such committee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Street Supt. OBrien reported sidewalk conditions on <br /> <br />Lime St. between Ross and Parton Baa. and on motion of <br /> <br /> <br />
