Board met in regular session. Meeting called to order by the Clzrk. Present, Trustees Tubbs,McPhee, Creenleaf, Absent, President Visel. City Hall, Feb.18, 1918, ?;30 p.m. ~aryatt, duly seconded bF Tubbs and carried, Trustee Maryatt was Minutes Of Feb. 4th, read and amended, in reference to gas rate hearing in Los Angeles, the words "before the R.R.Commission" being added. The notice of B. Poyett notifying the Board that he had erected the wire fence across Lots A.B, and C of the Flower St. Acres was on motion of Trustee McPhec,duly seconded by Greenleaf, referred tc the City Attorney. The application of A.B.Watson for a Jitney license&for auto for hire between this City and Anaheim, accompanied by a ~10,O00 bond with the Western Indemnity Co. as surety, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs, license granted and Bond referred to the President of the Board for aprroval. Mr. Robt. Flock was before the Poard in reference to the drain- age of an alley North of 10th St., between Bush and Spurgeon Sts Upon motion of Trustee Grecnleaf, duly seconded by McPhee,the matter was referred to the Board as a committee of the whole, to report at next meeting. Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, Street Supt. OBrien was instructed to make temporary repairs in said alley. Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee and carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed ~o preFare an Ordi- nance in reference to traffic corners and that a committee be appointed to define said traffic corners, Trustees Oreenleaf and Tubbs being appointed as such committee by the Acting Presi- Sent. In the matter of disposing of the piece of land 50 X 125 ft. adjoining the Olive St. reservoir on the East and owned by the City. It was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs, that it is the sense of the Board that the City does not dispose of the same. City Engineer Bonebrake submitted an estimate of cost for pavin Bristol St. from 5th St. to the City Limits on the South under Specifications Nc.g5 estimating that a fair price would be 13~ cts. per sq. ft. or a total of $13,691.?O. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, the report was accept-
