Poyett notifying the Board that he had erected <br />the wire fence across Lots A.B, and C of the Flower St. Acres <br />was on motion of Trustee McPhec,duly seconded by Greenleaf, <br />referred tc the City Attorney. <br /> <br />The application of A.B.Watson for a Jitney license&for auto for <br />hire between this City and Anaheim, accompanied by a ~10,O00 <br />bond with the Western Indemnity Co. as surety, was on motion of <br />Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs, license granted <br />and Bond referred to the President of the Board for aprroval. <br /> <br />Mr. Robt. Flock was before the Poard in reference to the drain- <br />age of an alley North of 10th St., between Bush and Spurgeon Sts <br />Upon motion of Trustee Grecnleaf, duly seconded by McPhee,the <br />matter was referred to the Board as a committee of the whole, <br />to report at next meeting. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, Street <br />Supt. OBrien was instructed to make temporary repairs in said <br />alley. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee and <br /> carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed ~o preFare an Ordi- <br /> nance in reference to traffic corners and that a committee be <br /> appointed to define said traffic corners, Trustees Oreenleaf <br /> and Tubbs being appointed as such committee by the Acting Presi- <br /> Sent. <br /> In the matter of disposing of the piece of land 50 X 125 ft. <br /> adjoining the Olive St. reservoir on the East and owned by the <br /> City. It was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by <br /> Tubbs, that it is the sense of the Board that the City does not <br /> dispose of the same. <br /> <br /> City Engineer Bonebrake submitted an estimate of cost for pavin <br /> Bristol St. from 5th St. to the City Limits on the South under <br /> Specifications Nc.g5 estimating that a fair price would be <br /> <br /> 13~ cts. per sq. ft. or a total of $13,691.?O. On motion of <br /> Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, the report was accept- <br /> <br /> <br />
