Co.Eng.& Const.Co. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application of W.C.Colline <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Dart House Moving Co. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Cubbon St/ Opening <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Appointment R.S.Elliott <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Order to pave alley bet.Bush & Spurgeon <br /> <br /> The application of the Orange Co. Eng.& Const. Co. <br /> asking for an extension of thirty days in the <br /> time of completion called for in their contract <br /> in paving certain portion of West 4th St. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by <br /> Tubbs and carried, an extension of fifteen days <br /> was granted. <br /> <br /> The application of W.C.Collins for permission to <br /> lay a 4 or g inch pipe covered with concrete along <br /> the curb line in front of 120 W.~rd St. in order <br /> to make an auto drive way into said place of busi- <br /> ness was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly the <br /> seconded by Maryatt, petition denied, and that <br /> regulation drive way be installed. <br /> <br />The application of the O.V.Dart House Moving 0o. <br />accompanied by a $500.00 bond with D.P.MoBurney <br />and J.T.Dilley as sureties, for a license to con- <br />duct the business of house moving within the City <br />limits, was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly <br />seconded by Greenleaf, license granted and bond <br />referred to the President of the Board for approve <br />or disapproval. <br /> <br /> In the matter of the petition of property owners <br /> on Orange and Cypress Aves. petitioning the Board <br /> tO institute proceedings to extend Oubbon St.from <br /> Main to Orange Ave., the cost thereof to be taxeA <br /> to the real property benefited thereby was on <br /> motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt <br /> referred to a committee to investigate location <br /> and report at next meeting. Trustees McPhee and <br /> 1~bbe being appointed as such committee. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs seconded by Maryatt, <br /> and carried, R.S.Elliott was appointed a truck <br /> driver in the Fire Dept. to succeed C.N.Turner <br /> resigned. <br /> <br /> The petition of Eerie A. Bessar, asking the Board. <br /> to order that portion of the first alley lying <br /> between Bush and Spurgeon Sts. on the North side <br /> <br /> <br />
