City Hall, Santa Aha, Cal. March 4th,191g, ?;30 p.m. Board met in regular session. Meeting called to order by President Vieel. Present, Trustees Tubbe, MoPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt,Vieel and the Clerk. Minutes of February 18th reads and approved. In Re Permission granted 0r. Co.Eng.& Const.Co. In Re Application of W.C.Colline In Re Dart House Moving Co. In Re Cubbon St/ Opening In Re Appointment R.S.Elliott In Re Order to pave alley bet.Bush & Spurgeon The application of the Orange Co. Eng.& Const. Co. asking for an extension of thirty days in the time of completion called for in their contract in paving certain portion of West 4th St. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, an extension of fifteen days was granted. The application of W.C.Collins for permission to lay a 4 or g inch pipe covered with concrete along the curb line in front of 120 W.~rd St. in order to make an auto drive way into said place of busi- ness was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly the seconded by Maryatt, petition denied, and that regulation drive way be installed. The application of the O.V.Dart House Moving 0o. accompanied by a $500.00 bond with D.P.MoBurney and J.T.Dilley as sureties, for a license to con- duct the business of house moving within the City limits, was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, license granted and bond referred to the President of the Board for approve or disapproval. In the matter of the petition of property owners on Orange and Cypress Aves. petitioning the Board tO institute proceedings to extend Oubbon St.from Main to Orange Ave., the cost thereof to be taxeA to the real property benefited thereby was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt referred to a committee to investigate location and report at next meeting. Trustees McPhee and 1~bbe being appointed as such committee. Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs seconded by Maryatt, and carried, R.S.Elliott was appointed a truck driver in the Fire Dept. to succeed C.N.Turner resigned. The petition of Eerie A. Bessar, asking the Board. to order that portion of the first alley lying between Bush and Spurgeon Sts. on the North side
