Glllesple Director,Cai. State <br />Board of Health oalling~this Board's attention to the <br />fact that no application for a permit to conduct our <br />sewer and water systems had been received, and also <br />calling the Board's attention to Chapters 600 and ?54 <br />Statutes of 1917, and enclosing copies of same. This <br />communication was on Motion of Trustee Greenleaf,eeoond- <br />ed by Tubbs, duly carried, referred to & committee. <br /> <br />The following committee was named, Trustees Greenleaf <br /> <br />and Tubbs, Water and Sewer <br /> <br />A communication from the C. of <br /> <br />to declare April 6th from 2 to <br /> all <br /> <br />Supt. Reid and City Arty. Scot <br /> <br />C. petitioning the Board <br /> <br />4 p.m. a legal Holiday so <br /> <br />that~patriotio <br />to be held. <br />by Greenleaf, <br />meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, <br /> <br /> citizens may participate in the exercises <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded <br />action on same was deferred until next <br /> <br />duly seconded by Tubbs, <br /> <br />the Orange Os.Eng. & Const. Co. were granted 15 days <br />additional time from date in order to complete its <br />oontra~t of paving certain portions of West 4th St. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenles~f, duly seconded by Tubbs <br />the Olerk was instructed to make arrangements with the <br />0cunt7 Clerk in reference to registration index for the <br />coming special Bond election. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded and carried, <br />R.S.Elliott was appointed to take the place of J.T.Laoy <br />in the order of Fire truck drivers. <br /> <br />ts <br /> <br /> <br />
