On motion of Trustee W~. A. 9reenleaf, seconded by Trustee Oeo. NoPhee,and duly carried, the said Reeo lution was received, considered, ordered filed, and assigned No.600, and referred to the City Attorney and special counsel to be placed in proper form and dition for final passage and adoption by the Board of Trustees. Upon motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly eeoonded by Green- leaf and carried, Police Officer F.M. Dean's request for a 60 day leave of ·bsenoe was granted. Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Mo~hee and carried, C.L. Neweohwanger was ·ppolnted a police officer to eerve at the pleae~tre of the Board. # President Visel called Trustees Maryatt to the chair to act as President pro rem for the balance of the evening. Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by ~reen- leaf and carried, the Home Oil Supply Co. were granted permission to conduct an oil filling station at the Southeast corner of Main and First 8ts. d On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbe az carried, City Engineer Bonebrake was instructed to give the grade for sidewalk on Cypress Ave. according to the new Ordinance to be pas·ed at a later date. ,0 ~s
