No additional attachments to the flagpoles are permitted. <br /> <br />Professional zoned uses. <br /> <br />Per Article XI, Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 10 - OPERATIONAL STANDARDS <br /> <br />Operational standards for all uses in Specific Development District 65 are subject to the <br />provisions of the Santa Aha Municipal Code. In addition, the standards that regulate the <br />Discovery Science Center's operations and the manner in which business is conducted <br />on-site such as hours of operation, special events and public activities are to be <br />consistent and in conformance with the project's conditions of approval listed and herein <br />incorporated by reference in Development Agreement No. 97-01 by action of the City <br />Council; and per the City of Santa Ana Municipal Code and the Mitigation Monitoring <br />program resulting from the project's Environmental Impact Report No. 97-01 (EIR No. 97- <br />01 ), which regulates activities during construction as well as for the life of the project. <br /> <br />A. No take out food service is permitted from the ancillary restaurant use. <br /> <br />B.
