On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly <br /> seconded by Maryatt the matter was referre~ to the Chambe: <br /> of Commerce. <br /> <br /> The petition signed by a number of property owners on <br /> <br /> W. 2dn and let Sts. asking that an alley between N.Parton <br /> and Garnsey Sts. and let and 2nd Sts. in Blk.9,Rose Add. <br /> be established. On motion of Trustee MoPhee,duly seoonde¢ <br /> by Greenle~f, same was referred to the Street Committee. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> In the matter of the application of R.B. Cregar for a <br /> permit to operate an auto sta~e line between this City <br /> and Riverside. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly <br /> <br /> April 21st,1919, at ?:30 p.m. was the <br /> for the hearing. <br /> <br />A petition signed by property owners on West Washington <br />Ave. asking that a sewer be constructed on said Washingto~ <br />Ave. between Par ton and Flower Ste. on motion of Trustee <br />Tubbe, duly seconded by McPhee and carried, the matter <br />was referred to 8ewer Supt.~Ray and to report the advisa- <br />bility and the estimate~cost of same. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> A petition signed by a number of abutting property owners <br /> on Halliday St. asking the Board to declare the same opmn <br /> to public travel and use from Chestnut to McFadden St. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, <br /> that same be referred to a committee, carried. Trustee. <br /> McPhee and Tubbs being appointed as such committee. <br /> <br />The monthly reports of the Fire Chief,Bldg. Inspector, <br /> <br />Recorder,Marshal and Clerk were on motion of Trustee Tubbs <br /> <br /> <br />
