~pproved: <br /> <br />President ol the B~ard of <br /> 1 <br /> <br />Board mst in regular session. <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by President <br /> <br />eommittees of the Board o~ Trustees of the cities of <br />Fullerton, Anaheim, Orange and Santa Aha recommend to <br />their respective boards of trustees that Clyde Bishop <br />be employed to take charge of all the legal services <br />actions and proceedings necessary in or connected with <br />the joint oonat~a~tz~nof a sewer system by and between <br />the said cities, including the drafting of all proper <br />amendemente to the law necessary for the construction <br />of said sewer, and all service in connection with the <br />passage of said amendments; the said Clyde Bishop to <br />receive a compensation of three thousand dollars and his <br />necessary traveling expenses when traveling outsideof <br />the County of Orange; said compensation to be paid in <br />eight quarterly payments, provided that all unpaid portiol <br />thereof shall be paid when the joint sewer system is <br />finally completed, And the same to be paid in equal <br />proportions by the cities above mentioned which shall <br />participate in the Joint construction and use of the <br />said sewer system.
