All owners of property which is subject to a TDM program shall prepare <br />and submit an annual TDM report to the director within twelve (12) months <br />of the,..,,,,,"~;~* .... ,..,....,...' .... certificate of occupancy and each subsequent year by <br />the date of each annual report approval. The annual TDM report shall, at a <br />minimum, include: <br /> <br />(1) Building occupancy percentages; <br /> <br />(2) Morning peak hour vehicle trip counts; <br /> <br /> (3) Documentation of the means of travel for employees as <br />compiled from an annual survey of employees; and <br /> <br /> (4) A description of TDM activities occurring over the past <br />twelve (12) months and activities planned for the next twelve (12) months; <br /> <br />(5) Vehicle counts in accordance with section 36-607(d). <br /> <br />Sec. 36-609. Implementation and monitoring. <br /> <br />For the purposes of determining whether applicable developments are <br />complying with the provisions of this article, the city shall monitor such <br />compliance in a manner it deems appropriate and reasonable. Monitoring <br />mechanisms may include, but not be limited to, the following: <br /> <br /> (1) To verify compliance with the facility standards required <br />under section 36-605: <br /> <br />a. Local procedures for site plan review, as appropriate; <br /> <br />b. Field/site inspections; <br /> <br />c. Other building site reports/surveys which the city may <br />deem appropriate. <br /> <br /> (2) To monitor compliance with the TDM strategy plan, TDM <br />program and TDM annual report under sections 36-606, 36-607 and 36- <br />608: <br /> <br />a. Review and, if appropriate, approve the TDM strategy <br />plan submitted per section 36-606, following consultation <br />with the property owner or its designee; <br /> <br />b. Review and, if appropriate, approve the TDM program <br />submitted per section 36-607 following consultation with the <br />property owner(s) or its designee; <br /> <br />Ordinance No, NS-2505 <br />Page 14 of 16 <br /> <br /> <br />
