On motion cf Trustee Chapman duly second by D~le and carried, the application of ~. E. Bogart for a license to conduct a rooming house at 50g~ North Main ~t, known as the Chandler A~artments was referred to the Po]ice Committee. On motion of Trustee Chapman duly second by Dale and carried, the application of M~s. M. Goetz for a license to conduct a rooming house at 110~ East Fourth Street, known as the VanDome Apartments was referred to the Police Committee. The applio~tio~ of Edyth Fitch for a license to conduct a restmurant at 112 West Third Street, was on motion of Trustee Dale duly second by Chapman and ~arried, referred to the Police Committee. On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly second by Dale and carried the request of The Robinson Elco. Company for a permit to han~ an electric sign at 401 North Main Street was granted tmder the supervision of the City Electrician. A petition signed by Taylor's for seven hundred feet and A. G. Welbuxn for two hundmed feet asking that Palm Avenue be ordered paved from Hr ight Street to payment on Maybury Street~e~speoifioatlons No. ~?,revleed 20 feet, in width 10 feet each side, with sewer connection, laid to edge of payment, concrete 1-2-4, 5 inches thick, belt finish. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly second by Chapman and carried, same was referred to a committee. TrusteeSGreenleaf and Chapman being appoi~$ed as such committ=e. The request Of the Or. 0o. and Engineering and Construction Company for an extension of 45 days time, in order to complete their contract of paying Grand Ave., was granted on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly second by Dale end Carried.
