H. Dale is chaArman, <br /> <br /># <br /> <br /> Clyde Bishop, Special Counsel reported that he had <br /> been able to ebtain from the Gillmaker interests <br /> the following proposition in settlement of the con- <br /> troversy concerning an alley extending from BDoad- <br /> way to Birch Street. The Gillmaker interest would <br /> <br /> public use, the alley and would pay on <br /> <br />dedicate for <br />half of the <br /> <br /> cost of the lm~ving of the ~ley ac far <br />as it abutted upon their property. They to have th <br /> <br />right to remove from the alley and re-construct on <br />their ~roperty the wooden stairway now existing and <br />the right to remove the Brick wall out of the alle <br />and to complete the b~ck~rmom in the rear of No. <br />]16 W. 4th Street, on the right of the alley they <br />to have the further right to construct a fence <br />their property on the South side of the alley, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee C. H. Chapman, ~econded by <br />Trustee W. A. Greenleaf and carried, the propositi¢ <br />was accepted and the requested authority to remove <br />the stairway, complete the ouilding, and ~uild the <br />fence, was granted and special counsel instructed <br />~o arrange the ~tails to carry out the propositio: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 66? having been referred to the <br />Attorney and put in formal condition for f~.wal <br />action, was taken up by the Board of Trustees, rea <br />and considered and on motion of Trustee ~ ~,Tubbe <br />seconded by Trustee C. H. Chapman and carried, the <br />roll was called and Resolution No. 66? adopted ~y <br />the followin~ vote: Ayes, Trustees J. W. Tubbs, <br /> <br /> C. H. Chapman, W. A.~reenleaf, and John J. Mltohe~ <br /> Noes: Trustees None. Absent, Trustee H. H.
