Tubbs presented a resolution providing the form of 250 bonds of the Olty of Santa Aha, to represent $2~4,000.00 for municipal improvements, approve~ at the special election held July 20th, 1)20. The Resolution was read, considered and designated resolution No. 6?4 and on motion of Trustee H. H. Dale, seconded by Trustee Walter A. Greenleaf, the roll was called and resolution No. 6?4 passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustee, John G. Mitchell, J. W. Tubbe, C. R. Chapman, H. H. Dale, Walter A. Greenleaf, Noes: Trustees, None.
